Chery Master Pakistan has opened bookings for the Chery Q at PKR 1.5 million, ahead of the electric car's official launch at the Pakistan Auto Show on September 18, 2026. The company will announce pricing and full commercial details at the show. The Q is positioned as an all electric urban car built around space, technology, safety and everyday value. It measures 1,811 millimeters wide with a 2,700 millimeter wheelbase and 152 millimeters of rear knee room. The car features electric rear wheel drive, mobile app control, voice command, 6.6 kilowatt vehicle to load capability, six airbags, Level 2 driver assistance with 21 functions, a 540 degree high definition camera, automatic parking, three driving modes and a 15.6 inch 2.5K display with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Its 42.7 kilowatt hour battery delivers up to 400 kilometers of NEDC range at 9.4 kilometers per kilowatt hour. At 20,000 kilometers a year, a typical petrol vehicle costs approximately PKR 488,000 to 569,000 in fuel, compared with approximately PKR 30,000 for the Q charged on solar. The launch comes as Pakistan's electric vehicle transition gathers pace. Electric vehicle sales rose 257 percent between fiscal year 2024/25 and fiscal year 2025/26, from 1,839 to 6,560 units, while 17 gigawatts of solar panels were imported in 2024. Chery is China's top automobile exporter for 23 consecutive years, while Master Group brings more than 60 years of legacy and 14 3S dealerships across 8 cities.
