Eventaffairs.pk wants to change that with a marketplace that connects customers with trusted vendors in one place, and the numbers suggest it is gaining traction. The platform lists more than 500 business profiles, has reached 1.6 million impressions and has drawn 650,000 visitors to its website. Customers can post their event requirements, compare competitive quotes from registered vendors and manage every detail through built in tools. Those include pre built checklists tailored to event types, budget planning tools, guest list management with RSVP tracking and seating plans, wish lists for saving ideas and favourite vendors, and instant responses from curated vendor directories. Weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations are all covered. Vendors get free registration and exposure, social media integration to showcase portfolios, streamlined access to customer inquiries, invoice management and real time market insights, all without heavy advertising spend. The venture was launched by a five person team: founder Hafiz Sajid Ibrahim, co founder Burhan Saeed Sheikh, marketing head Shumaila Awan, head of technology and innovation Raees ul Islam, and chief digital marketing strategist Harris Rasheed. Beyond the marketplace, the team also offers in house planning for bespoke occasions such as qawwali nights, product launches and annual dinners.
